Can a border be drawn based on the 1967 lines, which establishes a Palestinian state equivalent to 100% of the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem, ensures security, and includes within Israel’s new borders the vast majority of Israelis living beyond the 1967 lines?
